Allmech, a Benoni-based provider of industrial boiler and water treatment solutions, has introduced the optimized Runxin F135 duplex valve to the South African market to enhance water treatment processes, improve water softening, and maintain consistent water quality.
The F135 duplex valve is ideal for manufacturing processes that require efficient water treatment and optimal boiler performance. According to Allmech water treatment technician Lucas Makgopa, typical applications include boiler feed optimization, cleaning systems, cooling, dye baths, mixing, rinsing, and steam generation across industries such as chemicals, textiles, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, glass production, mineral processing, and paper and pulp.
“The Runxin F135 duplex valve’s ability to control two vessels through a single valve provides a significant operational advantage for industries requiring continuous, high-volume water treatment, particularly where downtime is costly,” said Makgopa.
The valve allows alternating service and regeneration between two vessels, ensuring uninterrupted water flow, simplified control logic, and a reduced footprint. The F135 system delivers a consistent supply of soft water and helps prevent calcium and magnesium buildup on boiler tubes and heat exchangers, enhancing efficiency and protecting equipment.
