Andronaco Industries advocates for increased focus on Made in USA

Andronaco Industries recently met with members of the United States Congress and congressional staff to discuss the significance of requirements for US manufactured materials used in federally funded projects. Legislation such as the Build America, Buy America Act, part of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act of 2021, mandates minimum threshold requirements for US content when federal financial assistance is provided. Several other examples of “Made in America” laws exist, which have similar intent. Andronaco is urging members of Congress to implement a streamlined approach across federal funding requirements as well as to strengthen mechanisms to drive compliance.

Andronaco engaged in productive meetings with congressional offices including: Representative Hillary Scholten (MI-3); Policy Advisors to Senator John Cornyn (TX), Senator Ted Cruz (TX), Senator Gary Peters (MI), Senator Elissa Slotkin (MI), Representative Julia Letlow (LA-5), and Representative Michael Cloud (TX-27).

Key staff of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, the House Committee on Natural Resources: Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources, and the House Armed Services Committee.

Andronaco has manufacturing and fabrication facilities in Michigan, Texas, and Louisiana for fluid management and flow control products used in highly corrosive applications.
