Andronaco Industries, a provider of corrosion-resistant flow control solutions, is pleased to announce its recent acquisition of Diamond Companies – Diamond Fiberglass, a designer and manufacturer of fluid management vessels and tanks, and Diamond Services, an industrial services business that focuses on non-metallic services.
This acquisition builds upon Andronaco Industries’ strong technical capabilities and diverse portfolio, enabling end-to-end solutions in the most challenging corrosive environments. The business will be rebranded Diamond Fiberglass Systems and Services, an Andronaco Industries Company.
Andronaco Industries is a designer and manufacturer of high-performance specialty polymer and composite-engineered fluid management products for demanding applications. With manufacturing facilities in Michigan, Texas, and France spanning a combined 600,000 square feet, they produce or assemble virtually every mechanical component for process flow applications that require significant corrosion-resistant properties.
Andronaco brought together acquired products/technologies and its own product innovations and corrosion-resistance expertise to become a market leader for fluid management systems in the toughest environments.
