Transmark Fcx has built a substantial stockholding of its side entry trunnion mounted ball valves (API 6D ball valves) which encompasses sizes 2”-12” in Class 150 through to 1500, with all valves having been certified to NACE for use on sour service applications. The body material is available in LF2 with Duplex trim. All valve designs are low temperature and fugitive emission tested and certified. In addition, close links with the manufacturers means that Transmark Fcx are able to supply their entire range, which extends from 2”-56” in pressure classes 150 – 2500, at very short notice. Some of the recent projects where Transmark Fcx has supplied API 6D ball valves include low temperature carbon steel, stainless steel and Duplex stainless steel valves for a Gas Compression Project which was supplied through an EPC in London; an order to supply to a Flare Mitigation project in the Middle East; metal seated Duplex valves for an Ekofisk project; a Shell Exploration Contract and a substantial amount of valves for the Kazakhstan market including GOST Certification.
