ARI USA showcases ZETRIX® metal-seated process valves for demanding applications

ARI-Armaturen USA, a leading provider of industrial fluid control solutions, highlights its ZETRIX® series of metal-seated process valves, engineered for durability, safety, and zero-leakage performance in demanding applications. ZETRIX® valves are designed to withstand temperature extremes, pressure fluctuations, and severe mechanical stress.

The valves feature a thermal-balancing, self-aligning seat ring that ensures zero leakage, even under rapid thermal cycling or elevated temperatures. A standard stellited seat provides long-lasting protection against wear and erosion. Designed for easier maintenance, ZETRIX® valves require fewer spare parts than comparable models, with a standard kit including a lamellar seal ring, graphite packing unit, and two spiral-wound gaskets for streamlined inventory and service planning.

A notable design feature is the long shaft extension, which allows continuous insulation without cut-ins around the valve body. The packing gland is positioned outside the insulation layer, eliminating the need to remove insulation during maintenance, reducing heat transfer to the actuator, and preventing insulation from trapping process heat against the handwheel.

For stable operation under vibration and dynamic loads, ZETRIX® valves are equipped with a wedge-shaped, self-locking retaining ring secured with Nord-Lock washers, adding an extra layer of mechanical safety and reliability.
