Armstrong acquires Howard Anderson

Armstrong Pumps Limited (Toronto, Canada) has acquired the business assets of Howard Anderson Ltd (and the trading names Holden Brooke Pullen, Baric and RMI), thereby entering the UK market in fluid handling technology to the building services market. The new company is called Armstrong Holden Brooke Pullen Limited. The acquisition includes the Holden Brooke Pullen and Baric facilities in Manchester and Redhill and the RMI facility in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. Armstrong is a provider of fluid handling products for the building services market. Holden Brooke Pullen specialises in designing, manufacturing, supplying and servicing pumps and associated equipment. The company has supplied the building services sector, water & waste industries as well as high pressure pumping requirements across many industries. The acquisition means an expanded product range is available including circulators, pumps, balancing valves, triple duty valves, heat exchangers, control systems and fire pump sets.
