Armaturenfabrik Franz Schneider GmbH + Co. KG from Nordheim was given an award for its outstanding performance for the 8th time in a row by the major American corporate group Emerson. The award was presented to Rolf Kummer, Managing Director and Helge Rüter, Sales Director by Bill Rodger, Vice President of Global Operations during the Emerson Partner Day in Houston, TX.
Annually, Emerson awards the outstanding performance of its suppliers on the basis of the evaluation criteria quality, technology, performance and reliability of delivery. This year, the 50 strategically most important suppliers worldwide were invited to Houston for the presentation of the award.
AS-Schneider was honoured by Emerson for its excellent quality, reliability of delivery and performance, and can now be counted as one of the “Top 5 suppliers” in Europe.
Emerson acknowledged the consequent and well thought-out implementation of AS-Schneider’s strategy of internationalisation. In this way, the company shows regional presence through the two recently founded branches AS-Schneider Asia-Pacific in Singapore and AS-Schneider Middle East in Dubai and therefore ensures a shorter reaction time for its customers, as well as a more intensive, personal service for the implementation of individual customer requirements.
