Asepco has developed the new Hydrodynamic sampler according to customer feedback concerning temperature control and sample systems. The Hydrodynamic sampler is designed to provide added security in all high-purity processes. The special “V” shape of the valve chamber is designed for ease and efficiency of draining. Exceptional clean-ability is achieved through precise calculation of the angles at which the fittings enter the valve body. This also allows closer jacketing to the tank, because the fittings are angled away at a quicker rate. Samples can be taken at any time during the process, each time using the behind-the-seat flow-path design of Asepco valves to assure the complete aseptic control of your sample. All Asepco valve bodies are lathe-machined out of solid stainless steel bar stock, because this process creates a cleaner, more reliable surface than buffing or polishing, which can also contribute to corrosion. They are then electropolished and passivated, which contributes to oxidation resistance.
