CLA-VAL Europe recently completed a full Third-Party Inspection (TPI) for DN1400 control valves for a large and strategic middle-east, ensuring strict compliance with project specifications and international standards.
For large-diameter valves operating in critical water infrastructure, coating integrity and corrosion protection are essential for long-term reliability. The TPI focused particularly on the epoxy coating system, with detailed verification at every stage.
The inspection scope included: Hydrostatic testing; Dry Film Thickness (DFT) measurements across multiple control points; Visual inspection and final validation; and Complete documentation review and traceability.
All inspections were conducted and validated by an independent certified inspector, providing its customers with full transparency and confidence.
