Auma apprentice development

Auma’s UK-based division has recruited two new apprentices. The company, which currently has 25 apprentices at its production headquarters in Germany, is committed to investment in training for the next generation of actuation engineers. Auma’s apprenticeship programme includes educational guidance backed by practical, hands-on learning opportunities. Emphasis is placed on mentoring to ensure that skills are fully developed and individual talents are nurtured. The recent apprentices supported by Auma UK are 18 year old Sean Allsopp and 16 year old Tom Gibbs.
