A specially designed Auma display featuring Profibus technology drew the attention of delegates at the annual UK Profibus Users Exhibition and Conference. The event held in Warwickshire in June 2006 had a strong user theme addressing system design, implementation and maintenance. A supporting conference programme incorporated papers covering process, manufacturing and materials handling applications using Profibus, Profinet, Wireless, AS-interface and safety technologies. Supporting the event’s focus on hands-on demonstration opportunities, Auma UK’s technical representatives provided a practical insight into the company’s expertise in the area of Profibus design process actuation technology. The event gave Auma an opportunity to demonstrate its strength in the area of digital actuation and to highlight that the company’s support extends to the latest Profibus DP version 1 solution.
