Ball valves maintain zero leakage

Designed to exceed 100,000 cycles with zero leakage, Hoke 70/71 Series unidirectional ball valves have live-loaded seats that compensate for wear and temperature cycling to ensure leak-tight operation. Instrumentation have live-loaded seats that compensate for wear and temperature cycling to ensure leak-tight operation over their entire pressure range. High-performance rating of the valves is achieved with two new stem seal designs that also ensure system compatibility: the DL delta design and the TL energised Teflon which is meant for use where media compatibility is essential. The 70 Series has a welded end-fitting that prevents accidental disassembly, with models providing operating pressures up to 414 bar at 21C and temperature ranges of –40 to +177C. The 71 Series valves have a gasketed end-fitting allowing rebuilding. Both series have a quarter-turn handle for quick on/off service with visual indication of valve position, and are available with factory-assembled pneumatic or electric actuators. A wide range of connection types and sizes up to 3/8in and 10mm is readily available. These ball valves are suitable for applications in the chemical, analytical, sampling system and instrumentation industries.
