Transmark Heaton Valves Ltd has released their new bellows sealed valves. The design of bellows sealed valves eliminates the risk of leakage by including a hydro-formed metallic bellows which encloses the entire length of the valve stem and thereby ensures that even if the low emission packing seal fails, no product will escape. Each valve from Transmark Heaton Valves product line is leak tested with Helium and must pass a mass spectrometer analysis with acceptance criteria of 10-6cc/s, and hold a minimum fatigue lifetime for gate valves of 2,000 operations and globe valves 10,000 operations.
