Bestobell stainless valves

Bestobell FCx has broken into the markets of liquefied natural and liquefied petroleum gas transportation and storage. Recently Bestobell obtained a Lloyds Type Approval for a range of its stainless-steel globe valves, thus enabling the company to bid for projects that fell within the approval remit. The Bestobell Sales & Marketing team, supported by the FCx Manufacturing Marketing group, obtained the company’s first order from Samsung Heavy Industries, based in Korea. Bestobell FCx has been awarded a contract to supply 774 stainless-steel globe valves for two LNG carriers, to be delivered by 2001. The end customer is BP Amoco, who has an option on three additional vessels.
