Bundor knife gate mining valves

Bundor has knife gate valves designed specifically to meet the needs of customers in challenging mid-service mining applications.

The two-piece body construction and field replaceable snap-in liner design provides more reliable sealing than competing products. An integral seat face seal eliminates the need for flange gaskets in many conventional flanged installations. This, along with an improved gland, makes the product ideal to customers across the mining spectrum, from alumina to coal, copper, gold, silver and uranium.

For longer lasting working life in these harsh and abrasive applications, high-chrome iron inserts are incorporated. This robust urethane lined valve features a one-piece, molded in place full body liner and integral 650 Brinell hardness high-chrome iron inserts.

With a heavy duty cast iron body and yoke, and stainless steel gate and stem, the valve provides corrosion resistance and durability. The superior packing arrangement provides improved sealing performance in high cycle applications, and a full packing seal around the gate minimizes the potential for packing leakage.
