Bürkert introduces butterfly isolation valves

Bürkert UK has recently annonced the introdution of an extended range of butterfly isolation valves for applications in the food, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical, water treatment, petrochemical and oil and gas sectors.
The lightweight and compact valves offer low-torque operation, reducing the size and cost of the pneumatic rotary actuators and positioners required to support the butterfly valves.

Bürkert is said to offer an integrated package using its low-cost type 8791 Basic positioner for applications requiring precise valve control. This can be mounted in various orientations to linear actuators and other Bürkert process valves.
