Bürkert SS diaphragm valves for clean environments

Bürkert produces stainless steel diaphragm valves that are specifically designed with hygienic applications and cleanability in mind. Robolux multi-port diaphragm valve – type 2036 is a diaphragm operated control valve, which was developed with ultra-pure installations in mind. It can be integrated into complex systems within a considerably more compact footprint and is perfect for a system approach.

Designed for the control of ultra-pure, sterile, aseptic and steam/CIP fluid paths, Robolux enables optimal sampling, draining or diverting of critical process fluids. The valve meets FDA, CE, USP VI, ATEX, 3.1 approvals.

Type 2063 is another pneumatically operated 2/2 way diaphragm valve with stainless steel actuator which fulfils the demands of tough process environments.

The pneumatically operated 2/2-way diaphragm valve ELEMENT for decentralized automation – Type 2103 – consists of a pneumatically operated piston actuator, a diaphragm and a 2-way valve housing made of cast stainless steel. The Type 2103’s design enables the easy integration of automation modules, whether they are electrical/optical position feedback, pneumatic control units, an integrated fieldbus interface or even an explosion proof device versions.
