Hydra-Cell Industrial Pumps (USA), known as Wanner Engineering, has introduced C60 Series regulating valves, to bypass the flow when spray guns for example stop delivery. These valves are available in stainless steel, nickel alloy or solid brass and accommodate 0.75 to 1.25 inch NPT/BSPT plumbing. They provide flow from 0 to 40gpm and can handle pressures from 75 to 2500psi, with fluid temperatures up to 200degF. C60 series valves bypass system fluid to prevent excess system pressure. The Hydra-Cell valve design is a tapered plunger with valve seat all isolated by Viton or Teflon diaphragm between the wet end of the valve and the valve top. When excess pressure overcomes the adjustable spring pressure on the plunger, the plunger lifts off the seat, allowing fluid to bypass and reduce system pressure.
