Cage control valves for extreme operating conditions

The robust cage control valve type 3595 from SAMSON RINGO is extremely suitable for extreme process conditions, such as a large pressure drop or high temperature. Thanks to the modular interior, this control valve can also be widely used.

Substantial pressure drops in control valves are usually accompanied by high medium speeds. These in turn often cause harmful effects such as cavitation, flashing, choked flow, noise, vibrations or erosion. The cage control valves from SAMSON RINGO have been developed for applications in which one or more of the above effects occur. Thanks to the inner workings developed specifically for these applications, the adverse effects of high-pressure drops and flow rates are kept to a minimum.

With these cage control valves, good valve guidance ensures a vibration-free and slightly mechanical run. In addition, these valves from 4 “are also pressure compensated. This means that large pressure differences can still be controlled with compact drives.

The SAMSON RINGO cage control valves can be used as a turbine by-pass, anti-surge, blow-off, steam cooler and / or flash valve.

The SAMSON RINGO product range fits perfectly with the AIR TORQUE, CERA SYSTEM, KT-ELECTRONIC, LEUSCH, PFEIFFER, PRECOGNIZE, SED, STARLINE, UBIX, VDH PRODUCTS, and VETEC portfolio.
