Drilling contracts worth NOK 30 billion
On behalf of relevant licensees, Statoil has awarded contracts for drilling services on as many as 18 fixed installations on the Norwegian continental shelf (NCS). Hydropower contracts in Canada awarded to Alstom
Alstom has been awarded three contracts at hydroelectric power sites operated by Canadian utilities Hydro-Québec and Manitoba Hydro totaling approximately EUR 40 million. For the first two projects, the company will supply new runners for units C-1 and C-3 at the 38-unit, 1900 MW Beauharnois Generating Station.
Sterling Resources announces North Sea asset swap
Sterling Resources Ltd. is pleased to announce the execution of an agreement with Enquest PLC under the terms of which Sterling will acquire Enquest's 10% interest in its F-Quad and L-Quad licences in the Dutch North Sea, and Enquest will acquire Sterling's 50% interest in the Cairngorm licence (Block 16/3d) in the UK North Sea.

Fluor Corporation’s joint venture with WorleyParsons, the Kazakh Institute of Oil and Gas (KING) and KazGiproNefteTrans Engineering Company (KGNT EC) was awarded a contract by Tengizchevroil, LLP (TCO) for its Wellhead Pressure Management Project in Kazakhstan.
