Technip wins EPIC contract for Juniper field

Technip has been awarded a substantial EPIC lump sum contract by BP Trinidad and Tobago for the development of the Juniper project, to be located off the South East coast of Trinidad.

The scope of work consists of design, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, load out and mechanical completion of 4,300 short ton topsides that can process 590MMSCFD of gas and 6,100 short ton jacket.

ISO 13679 CAL IV for ТМК UP PF premium connection

TMK, producers of tubular products for the oil and gas industry, ran ISO 13679:2002 CAL IV tests on the ТМК UP PF premium connection with lubricant-free coating GreenWell.

The tests were conducted at TMK's R&D centre in Houston and were observed by Texas International Engineering Consultants as an independent third party.
