The new Clarkson man-safe line blind is now available as part of Tyco Flow Control wide selection of knife gate and slurry valves. Its inclusion under the Tyco brand means it is available across the company’s worldwide network. The KBL Line Blind features a self-adjusting sleeve design, which combats down stream leakage even in the case of sleeve failure thereby protecting maintenance crews. This characteristic, combined with its positive splash containment, makes it suitable for maintenance projects. The KBL Line Blind is also suitable for a wide range of industrial applications and is available in sizes from 2” to 24”, is suitable for operating pressures up to 150psi, and is also effective in temperatures up to 300F.
