Constant volumetric control

The ESE CVC (constant volumetric control) technology is a new system for flow control. With this system, the valve is totally independent of pressure changes and maintains a constant volumetric flow rate for gases and constant mass flow rates for liquids, regardless of the up- or downstream pressures. This means that regulators, needle valves and electronics can be eliminated. The series 2000 functions completely mechanically. Features include self-regulation in less than 100 milliseconds, 1% set point accuracy and a control flow that is independent of pressure and temperature changes. A controller is used in closed loop controls with the set point reached between 20 and 100 milliseconds. Body materials include stainless steel, brass and aluminium. Pressures range up to 200 bars, with a flow range from 10 cc to 50 std l/min. The system is intrinsically safe as it is totally mechanical.
