CRANE ChemPharma Flow Solutions is set to showcase fluid handling products from its Xomox, Saunders and Energy brands at its distributor Leon Teknik’s booth during the World of Industry 2011 Automation Industrial Fair, WIN’11 in Istanbul, Turkey, March 17-20. In addition to the Saunders industrial diaphragm valve, Crane is displaying the Xomox valves including the Xomox 800 ISO high performance butterfly valve (HPBV) which offers improved automation compatibility for chemical process, oil, gas and energy industries. Developed by Crane ChemPharma Flow Solutions, Lindau, this product range features a one-piece body construction and is available both in wafer- and lug-design. The HPBV design includes reduced risk of leakage as a result of the closed bottom of the valve and the prevention of shaft blowout, which offers higher safety in corrosive media. In addition, the Xomox ISO800 product range allows for smaller actuators resulting in one of the lowest torques in the marketplace.
