The new STCV check valve from CRP Flex-Rite comes with a fully PFA encapsulated one-piece disc/hinge assembly. The retained-hinge design of the new valves, which are suitable for use with PTFE-lined or unlined pipe-work, ensures that the disc cannot become detached during installation or in service. Developed specifically to meet the requirements of chemical and petrochemical industry applications involving severe process conditions, STCV PFA lined wafer swing-check valves also feature an angled seat design that ensures positive location in horizontal lines which makes this valve suitable for either horizontal or vertical installation. Available in versions to suit pipe-work with diameters from 100mm to 300mm, the CRP Flex-Rite STCV swing check valves are supplied, as standard, with cast-steel bodies. The valves are suitable for use at pressures from -1bar up to +19bar over a temperature range -29C up to +200C dependant on the process conditions.
