Fishman Haygood client Danos, LLC recently announced that it has acquired substantially all the assets of X-Pro, LLC along with Surplus Valve Warehouse, LLC, which owns X-Pro’s inventory. With this acquisition, Danos, a Louisiana-based energy services company, expands its valve and wellhead services offering, further strengthening its position as a provider to the industrial and energy industries.
