DBV develops DN80 butterfly valves

DBV is the first factory in China to develop the DN80 for its European customers.

The DN80 butterfly valves are designed with renewable seat and seal ring, which could reduce the cost for users due to valve damage caused by the wear of seal ring.

The DBV DN80 fully metal to metal sealing structure is different from multilayer sealing butterfly valves. Common multilayer metal sealing structures consist of the metal sheet and graphite laminated, and multilayer sealing surfaces are susceptible to fluid erosion leading to short service life. However, DBV butterfly valves adopt all metal forged seal rings, and overlays stellite alloy on the sealing surface. Its advantages include anti-wear, anti-erosion and long service life, etc. DBV butterfly valves are suitable for many poor working conditions such as high pressure and high temperature.
