Vortex Valves has released a dust-tight diverter, called Seal Tite. Seal Tite incorporates internal shoulders that ensure the leading edges of the flapper and seal come to rest out of the product flow. It has is a live-loaded, hard polymer seal under the shaft, which completely eliminates leakage. The dust-tight seal means that even very fine powders are fully contained. Available in a ‘Y’, double straight-leg, or three-leg configuration, the Seal Tite Diverter is also manufactured in a choice of carbon steel, or stainless steel.
