DMIC Flow Controls and Needle Valves are derived from the most popular products for assured compatibility and application performance. The FCHH is DMIC’s high-pressure unidirectional flow control with built-in check valve that has 5psi of cracking pressure providing free return flow. The NVHH is DMIC’s high-pressure bidirectional flow needle valve. Both the FCHH and NVHH valves are offered in either carbon/stainless steel from 1/4″ up to 2″ port size for working pressures to 10,000psi.
The valves come standard with panel mounting holes and their non-welded design makes for a fully repairable valve. An easy-to-read visual indicator that shows the metered flow rate is included and tightening the set screw locks the valve on the desired setting. A variety of port threads options are available and as with all DMIC valves, the knob is colour-coded to match the thread type. DMIC also offers high-pressure stainless steel flow controls and needle valves suitable for deep-sea service to a depth of 10,000 feet.
