NSV VALVE is pleased to announce that a batch of its DN1200 pneumatic triple-eccentric butterfly valves has passed all factory tests and is now en route to the site.
The triple-eccentric design offsets the stem in three directions, eliminating disc-to-seat friction during operation. This significantly reduces wear and operating torque-extending seal life and ensuring smooth, reliable cycling even in large diameter service. The valve is suitable for a wide range of media, including water, steam, and industrial fluids, with sealing options tailored to temperature and compatibility requirements.
Driven by a pneumatic actuator, it delivers fast, fail-safe operation without electrical power which is ideal for remote or hazardous area applications where simplicity and safety matter.
