Anderson Greenwood Instrumentation Products, part of Tyco Valves & Controls, has extended its range of compact Double Block and Bleed valves to include the Large-Bore Keyblok, available from 3/8” (10mm) to 2” and (50mm) and from ANSI 150 to 2500 Rating Full-Bore sizes. The Large-Bore Keyblok is a high-integrity double block and bleed valve with loaded seat technology to ensure it withstands extreme variations in pressure and maintains “bubble-tight” sealing. Combining piping isolation and bleed valves in a single assembly, Keyblok valves offer weight and space savings, reduced leakage and safer hook-up, as well as reducing pipework vibration and associated stresses. Suitable for applications including chemical seals, level bridle applications, chemical injection and open and closed drains, gauge isolation and direct or remote mounting, the Large-Bore Keyblok has been developed to withstand both high and low pressures. Where other valves would leak at low pressures after withstanding high pressures, the Large-Bore Keyblok provides zero leakage and performs effectively.
