Dräger Marine & Offshore invests in a new facility

Dräger Marine & Offshore, a subsidiary of Dräger, an international leader in medical and safety technology, has demonstrated its commitment to the North Sea energy industry with a multi-million-pound investment in a new facility in Aberdeen. Measuring almost 2,000m2 the new base at ABZ Business Park in Dyce, allows Dräger Marine & Offshore to not only respond to the customer needs of today but to continue to grow its support to the industry and adapt to the ever-evolving requirements as the sector moves into its new phase.

The facility allows Dräger Marine & Offshore to stock equipment that is available for hire and deployment straight away, alleviating concerns for customers when inevitable short notice requirements arise. It also helps ease concerns around supply chain delivery, with the organisation’s location and £600,000 investment in on-site stock availability meaning it is able to respond to the demands of its customers with no risk as many companies struggle to obtain safety-critical equipment.

As part of its increased offering from the new base, Dräger experts will be on hand in the coming months providing lunch and learn sessions for existing and potential clients.
