Dresser Masoneilan® has been named the maintenance, repair, smart diagnostics and operations provider for Shell Eastern Singapore Petroleum in partnership with OSA Valve Services Pte Ltd. Shell’s investments in Singapore includes an integrated refinery and petrochemical project comprising a new ethylene cracker on Bukom Island, Mono-Ethylene Glycol plant on Jurong Island and enhancements to the existing Bukom refinery. As part of the five-year service contract, Dresser Masoneilan and OSA Valve Services will provide control valve servicing; smart diagnostics for all pneumatic, electro-pneumatic and digital positioners; and valve database management at all Shell plants in Singapore.
