Asco Scientific has extended its range of valves for use in medical and analytical applications with the introduction of the 283 and 383 series of “dry” solenoid valves. Designed for use in medical analysers, biotechnology and gas analysers, the valves are suitable for applications where contact with valve internal parts and controlled mediums, such as corrosive fluids and gases, must be avoided. The 283 and 383 Series valves are designed to operate with acids, bases and analytical reagents.
They are direct acting type valves, a design that enables hermetic separation between the fluid and valve parts to prevent contamination.
