Dutch gas sites to be renewed

The Stork GLT consortium has received an order from the Nederlandse Aardoliemaatschappij BV (NAM) for the renovation of a further three gas production sites in the Slochteren gas field in Groningen, The Netherlands. The new order is for the Zuiderpolder, Schaapbulten and Oudeweg sites. For Stork GLT, this latest order represents three years of work and a value of EUR 135 million. The works will consist of the renovation of the production equipment and the installation of compressors to allow the required gas pressure to be achieved. Stork GLT is a consortium that consists of Jacobs Nederland (design), Stork Industry Services (engineering), Siemens Demag Delaval (compressors), Siemens (electric motors) and Yokogawa (instrumentation).
