Ensuring quality the easy way

Independent third-party inspections can help to reliably ensure the quality of industrial valves – either before delivery or already during assembly. AS-Schneider offers a wide range of tests for this purpose and also the possibility to attend them online from a distance. Users save time and money and can also reduce contacts during the pandemic.
Before industrial valves are used – sometimes under extreme conditions or in safety-critical functions – they must be thoroughly tested. Various test procedures ensure that their quality meets the users’ high demands. These include destructive and non-destructive testing procedures such as material identification tests, liquid penetrant examination tests, pressure tests, and fugitive emissions tests.
AS-Schneider, the specialist for industrial valves, has the necessary equipment and qualified personnel to carry out all test procedures in-house following the standards. Even pressures above 1000 bar and various process liquids and gases can be used without any problems. Valves and manifolds can be inspected before shipment and even during assembly, which is great for customers because they can save capacity.
AS-Schneider also offers independent inspection in digital form: Customers and external auditors can attend the tests and review the results online via Microsoft Teams, GoToMeeting, Skype, or other platforms. Upon request, AS-Schneider will also take photos and create video recordings, to document all processes and results in a verifiable manner. AS-Schneider discusses the exact scope of the inspection individually with the customer in advance so that they receive exactly the information they need.
