New advantages and application options are now available to customers with Tuchenhagen GmbH’s expanded valve size range for the mixproof VARIVENT® tank bottom valves type T_R. The new rated sizes for the VARIVENT® tank bottom valve are: DN 25 / 1“ OD, DN 150, 2“ IPS, 3“ IPS, 4“ IPS, 6“ IPS. In practice the DN 25/ 1“ OD tank bottom valve is not only a conventional tank shut-off valve but also is an optimal double-seat mixproof sampling valve. Additionally the ECO-MATRIX® piping system is now offered in these small sizes. The DN 150 / 6“ IPS tank bottom valve is the ideal valve for outlets with high flow rates, e.g. on the whirlpool. Tuchenhagen has developed the tank bottom mixproof valve in the new sizes specially to meet these requirements and to reduce the risk of contamination in these sensitive areas. With the tank bottom valves in the common IPS rated widths, Tuchenhagen also offers optimum flexibility for the US market.
