FCX Performance has completed the acquisition of RVS Controls & Instrumentation, a distributor of process control instrumentation, serving industrial customers in eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and Washington D.C. The combination is expected to allow FCX Performance to expand the range of products currently offered in this market through its Sewell, New Jersey branch.
