FCx Truflo Marine is to exhibit a range of flow-control solutions for marine applications at this year’s Naval & Defence Exhibition in Busan, Korea, from the end of October. The company – part of the global FCx flow control organisation – will show a high-pressure air station similar to the products which have just been ordered for the Bumhan Compressor package used by Daewoo Ship Building on the Korean 4800-ton KDX-II destroyer. Also on display will be a selection of top-entry ball valves and hydraulic actuators. FCx Truflo Marine has a long history of providing marine valves, associated hydraulic and pneumatic actuators and specialist naval air stations to shipbuilders world-wide. The company offers extensive project support – for example it is the single-source valve supplier for HM Astute Nuclear Class Submarines currently being built for the British Navy.
