Todd Loudin, president of the Flowrox Group’s North American operations, will discuss the most common types of valves used in heavy slurries at the Valve World 2012 conference in Düsseldorf, Germany, on 27 November.
In particular, he will address the advantages and disadvantages of different types of valves that might be used to control the flow of lime slurry.
Loudin’s presentation focuses on the strengths and weaknesses of each type of valve and covers the most likely causes of valve failure or potential problems.
