The acquisition of J-Mac will increase the range of products in our Flow Equipment product line and expand our offering of critical equipment, consumable products and aftermarket services provided to the pressure pumping market. We will now be able to provide our customers the full suite of pumps, replacement power and fluid ends, manifolds, valves and treating iron. We see opportunity to expand the market for J-Mac’s products by utilizing our existing sales and distribution network. We welcome the employees of J-Mac to the Forum family.”
