Dresser Flow Control has won a contract to supply Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company with a comprehensive package of valves for an offshore floating platform storage and off-loading platform. GROVE® ball valves form the major part of a USD 2 million order although significant numbers of control valves, principally MASONEILAN Varimx TM rotary globes and 41000 Series sliding stem designs, plus CONSOLIDATED ® safety and safety relief valves, have also been specified. Ancillary items include MASONEILAN® Svi® (Smart Valve Interface) positioners.
