FPT Software, a subsidiary of FPT Corporation, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with KITZ Corporation. Through this collaboration, KITZ will leverage FPT Software’s extensive human resources and deep expertise to drive digital transformation initiatives across its entire production and business operations.
The signing ceremony took place in Tokyo, Japan, attended by KITZ Group CEO Makoto Kohno, FPT Deputy CEO, and FPT Software CEO Pham Minh Tuan, along with senior leaders from both sides.
Under the agreement, FPT Software will provide comprehensive digital solutions to enhance KITZ’s product development, global supply chain management, maintenance services, as well as sales and marketing activities.
Additionally, FPT Software will implement advanced technology solutions, integrating artificial intelligence (AI) to upgrade KITZ’s IT infrastructure, aiming to optimize operations for greater efficiency and safety.
