Framatome and TechnicAtome acquires Daher Valves

Framatome and TechnicAtome have announced the acquisition of Daher Valves from the Daher Group. The company has reverted to its historic name – Vanatome – and unveiled a new logo. Vanatome is an industrial company that designs, manufactures, and qualifies valves for nuclear and defense applications. This acquisition allows Framatome and TechnicAtome to consolidate their activities in their respective sectors of activity.

Vanatome is responsible for the design, qualification, and manufacture of a wide range of valves for the primary and secondary systems of nuclear power plants and the nuclear propulsion systems of French Navy ships.
