GE Oil & Gas signs a Long Term Service Agreement (LTSA) with Chevron to render subsea services for the Company’s operated natural gas assets located off the northwest coast of Western Australia. GE’s services footprint for oil and gas projects in the region expands because of this agreement.
GE will provide a range of services including project management, inventory storage, preventative maintenance and obsolescence management. Apart from these, additional services like engineering analysis, field services, rental tooling, corrective maintenance, wellheads, spare equipment and training will be included upon demand.
GE’s services will support operational efficiency and productivity by making use of big data and predictive maintenance. These agreements represents GE’s overall commitment to the oil and gas sector in Australia.
