M.Metin Gerceker has announced that after 23 years in the valve industry with a German company, he has decided to take a new challenge at Orton located in Piacenza-Italy. Orton is a subsidiary of IMI Flow Division and is involved internationally in the manufacturing of triple eccentric metal-seated valves and soft-seated butterfly valves for any industry. The metal-seated triple eccentric butterfly valves can be used for isolation and for control application as well. The temperature range covers from -196C to +818C, the pressure range from vacuum to CL 2500 and the size range from NPS 3 to NPS 120. As VP of Business Development at Orton, M.Metin Gerceker will be responsible for creating new markets and new applications for high performance and engineer type butterfly valves world-wide.
