Global Flow Technologies has announced that it has completed the stock purchase of ABZ Valve Co. ABZ is a manufacturer of commercial and high performance butterfly valves. The plant is located in Madison, Kansas, about 2.5 hours south of Kansas City, Kansas (USA). The company will continue to be managed by the current leadership of Wayne McClelland, President and Jason McClelland, Vice president of Sales and Marketing. With the purchase of ABZ, Global Flow has 3 additions to its family of companies in the last 12 months. These also include Pro-tech, Global’s sales center in Edmonton, Canada, and Quadrant, the “best in class” quarter turn valves.
