Guichon Valves, one of the world leaders in manufacturing speciality industrial valves, celebrated its 90th anniversary, which the staff welcomed its sales agents from Chambery, France. A total of 30 foreign companies from the United States, Europe, India, Russia, Saudi Arabia, and Indonesia blew out 90 candles participated to a strategic seminar and technical training.
The event was also to celebrate the large success for Guichon whose objectives were achieved: to build a strong team of agents and to exchange experience with everyone from around the world.
There is good growth for this “Savoyarde” company whose turnover has seen a significant increase and the number of employees has climbed to 70 people (up from 50 in 2010). The company exports 80% of its production, providing complex, custom valves to some of the most important industrial sites in the world with clients such as Air Liquide, Bayer, Saipem (Italie), Samsung, Technip, and Total to name a few.
