Hamilton Sundstrand, a subsidiary of United Technologies Corp., has acquired Precision Engine Controls Corp. (PECC), a designer and manufacturer of industrial and marine engine controls and services. PECC, based in San Diego, California, supplies valves, electric actuators and control systems for use in gas turbines in the energy and marine business segments.
