Metal Goods Manufacturing has announced the acquisition of Hemco Industries’ line of excess flow check valves. This acquisition offers MGM customers a higher-flowing alternative to MGM’s existing lines of double-flanged check valves. MGM – a manufacturer of excess flow check valves, back pressure check valves, needle valves, sampling equipment, and rail tank car service equipment – was founded in 1939. MGM is looking forward to improve Hemco valves by obtaining certified flow rates, pursuing additional product certifications, and offering low-temperature materials – all while reducing list pricing on the valves.
